Graduated with a bachelor’s degree in law with honors (LL.B, Receipt of Dean’s Excellence, and the Outstanding Seminar) from the College of Management Academic and graduated with a master’s degree in commercial law with outstanding honors (LL.M) as part of an international executive program, at Tel Aviv University in collaboration with the School of Law at the University of Berkeley, California.

He also graduated with a bachelor’s degree in education with honors (B.ED) and a master’s degree in Talmud and Hebrew law with honors (M.A) from Bar-Ilan University.

In 2019-2020, he interned at the Central District Attorney’s Office (Civil Affairs).

Qualified as a lawyer at the Israel Bar Association in August 2020.

As of February 2021, he is a member of Cassouto & Co. Law Firm.

Eliya specializes in commercial and civil litigation cases and handles complex and large-scale cases on diverse subjects, including – commercial claims; Class actions and derivatives, liquidation cases and administrative proceedings.
