Shahar holds a Bachelor’s degree in Law (LL.B; magna cum laude, Dean’s List) from the College of Management.
He holds a Bachelor’s degree (B.A.) in Philosophy from Haifa University.
In 2015, Shahar was certified as an Advocate and admitted to the Israeli Bar Association.
Shahar specializes in civil-commercial litigation, with a focus on contracts, corporate issues, slander and libel law, class actions, and derivative actions.
Between 2014 – 2020, Shahar interned and practiced as an associate attorney at one of the largest leading law firms in Tel Aviv.
Shahar joined Cassouto and Co. Law Office in June 2020.
In January 2023, Shahar became a partner at Cassouto and Co. Law Office.
In June 2023, Shahar was admitted as a solicitor in England and Wales, and since then, he has also served as a consultant for the London law firm Solomon Taylor & Shaw LLP.
In November 2024, Shahar completed the Artificial Intelligence Program at Saïd Business School, University of Oxford.
