Adv. Shmulik Cassouto – Founding Partner

Hold a Bachelor’s degree in Law (LL.B) from the Tel Aviv University.

Was certified as an advocate and accepted to the Israeli Bar in 1997.

Between 1996 -1997 interned at Dr. Y. Segev & Co. Law Office. Following his internship, Adv. Cassouto continued to work as an associate at Dr. Y. Segev & Co. Law Office. Starting from 2000, Adv. Cassouto became a partner at Dr. Y. Segev & Co. Law Office, until he left the office in 2003.

On September 2003 established, along with Adv. Guy Noff, Cassouto-Noff & Co. Law Office.

On March 2017 established Cassouto and Co. Law Office.

Specializes in civil-commercial litigation, corporate law, communication law and class actions. Adv. Cassouto has extensive experience in handling large scale and complicated litigation cases, before all instances.

In addition, Adv. Cassouto provides day-to-day legal advice to commercial entities that are among the firm’s clients, including various communication entities in their negotiations with various regulators such as the Second Authority for Television and Radio, the Cable and Satellite Broadcasting Committee, the Antitrust Authority, etc.

Served in the past, and occasionally serves, as an arbitrator in disputes brought before him.

Adv. Cassouto wrote the book “Signature in Promissory Notes”, which was published by Bursi Publishing House.
